List for Electronic submission of records.
 
If at possible, all participants are requested to use this spreadsheet for submission of lists. This saves a huge amount of time. If you use another spreadsheet type programme, please let us know and we will try and provide you with that format, which we can then convert to excel. If you don't have access to a computer for entering the data, please call Rob Geddes on 833-901061

You are also requested to use enter only one list per excel spreadsheet. You can make multiple copies by copying the file to different directories, and then renaming them. We will in event name all files with our own naming system, in order to keep a backup copy.

You will see that the list gives ratings of 1-5 for species. Please report birds rated 4 or 5 immediately! (see rules)
