This species used to be considered as the same species as the Southern Black Korhaan - another endemic bird restricted to the South-western cape region of South Africa. The White-winged Korhaan has a very loud harsh call which is one of the typical morning sounds of much of the grassy highveld interior of South Africa. ©Andy Swash 1998Erectile Dysfunction 1998
